WPT 500 UK of partypoker to Start on October 28th

The WPT 500 UK is to kick off at Dusk Till Dawn on October 28th. The partypoker tournament which features a guaranteed prize of £1,000,000 is to be held in a total of three days, including two play days and a Final Day. Although there were five WPT 500 Online Days from October 23rd to Thursday 27th, the Live Event is to start tomorrow and is to end on October 31st.

The WPT 500 UK is part of partypoker’s WPT UK Festival of Poker, which began on October 22nd and is to end on November 6th. This is the third consecutive year in which an event of the World Poker Tour 500 series has been hosted at the Dusk Till Dawn casino. The UK Festival features an overall guaranteed prize pool estimated to £3,000,000 spread within three major events – the WPT 500 event, the Devilfish Cup and the WPT UK Main Event – each of which has a guaranteed prize of £1,000,000. The rest of the tournaments included in the Festival feature different prizes.

All online days and the Day 1 of the Live event grant players with a starting chips stack of 30,000. In addition, all Day 1s of the World Poker Tour in Nottingham will feature a buy-in of £550. Late registrations are open, too, and the players are allowed to make only one re-entry daily.

Friday, October 28th, will start with the WPT 500 Day 1A at the Dusk Till Dawn casino at 14:00. A few hours later, the WPT 500 Day 1B will start at 19:00.

At 2:00 PM on October 29th the WPT 500 Day 1C starts, followed by Day 1D which will start at 7:00 PM. On the next day, October 30th, the WPT 500 Day 1E Turbo is to start at 12:00. As mentioned above, all Day 1s will feature buy-ins amounting to £550. In addition, all Day 1s except for the Day 1E Turbo will allow one re-entry per day.

All players who survived the Day 1s events, will be given the chance to proceed to the tournament’s Day 2 which is to start at the Dusk Till Dawn casino at 17:00 on October 30th.
